Fees – Property Management

Full Management
  • On finding a tenant and completing a contract our fee will be 50% (plus VAT) of the first month’s rent. For example, if the rent is £500 our fee will be £300 (inc VAT).
  • For ongoing management, our fee will be 10% (plus VAT) of the monthly rent collected with a minimum £42 (inc VAT) per calendar month. For example, if the rent is £500 our fee would be £60 (inc VAT).
  • For drawing up a schedule of condition and inventory our fee will be £45 (inc VAT).
Tenant Find Only
  • On finding a tenant and completing a contract our fee will be 100% (plus VAT) of the first month’s rent.
  • For drawing up a schedule of condition and inventory our fee will be 45 (inc VAT).
