We are delighted to announce we have recently added Fixflo to the list of benefits in renting a Fraser Lake property!
Fixflo is an online repair reporting system for tenants and a great addition to the services we offer here at Fraser Lake for those who are renting with us. It is a much simpler and easier way for tenants to report maintenance issues online and very user friendly. With this communication tool from agent to tenant, the simple system allows clients to login to a portal, upload a picture and let us know of any issues. Fixflo has therefore allowed us to deliver a much more efficient service for our clients and arrange quicker repairs.
The system is great news for our landlords too, Fixflo allows us to filter out issues which are the occupier’s responsibility when living in the rented accommodation, it also provides tools and advice for tenants. The guided advice it provides, means tenants are made aware of their responsibilities from day one and are given all information necessary to solve ‘easy-to-fix’ problems that could arise, saving our contractors any wasted trips too. Fixflo also gives owners better asset protection, taking steps to advise tenants thoroughly in order to prevent costly damage to a property.
